Two more destinations added at Stewart

STEWART AIRPORT – Allegiant Airways is adding two more cities to its service from Stewart International Airport.

The airline currently flies seasonally to Myrtle Beach and year-round to Tamps-St. Pete.

Stewart Business Development Director Michael Torelli said starting late this week, service will expand.

“Next Thursday at the terminal at 3 p.m. will be our inaugural flight on Allegiant to Sanford-Orlando, another destination, and on Friday at 8 a.m., another destination to Punta Gorda, Florida,” Torelli said.

Florida flights from Stewart have been a favorite of Hudson Valley residents for several years.
