CARMEL – A Cold Spring man, who is a Level Two sex offender with the Dutchess County Probation Department, is wanted by the Hudson County, New Jersey Sheriff’s Office, Putnam County Sheriff’s officials said Friday.

David McColl, 46, who is living at 3577 Route 9 in Cold Spring, is wanted for a probation violation from Hudson County and a violation of that jurisdiction’s sex offender registry law.  McColl was arrested in Carmel and remanded to the Putnam County Jail without bail pending extradition to New Jersey.
