KINGSTON – The Ulster County Development Corporation has completed its staff reorganization with the appointment of Melinda Sullivan Beuf of Gardiner as director of project finance.

Beuf is a former executive with Deutsche Bank in New York and London. She joined the UCDC “with impressive experience in IT, financial services and project management,” said ECDC President Lance Matteson.

She currently serves on the Ulster County Planning Board and the Inter-Municipal Collaboration Committee, has been a member of eth Gardiner town Planning Board and participated in the Ulster Tomorrow Strategy process.

Her appointment follows the recent hiring of Patrick Sheehan as director of development for UCDC.
