Wawarsing Democrats endorse Hein
KINGSTON - The Wawarsing Democratic Committee has endorsed Ulster County Administrator Michael Hein for the new county executive’s post.
He is the only Democratic candidate for that position.
Hein has already received the backing of the town Democratic committees in Hurley and Esopus, Sheriff Paul Van Blarcum, 14 of 19 Democrats on the county legislature and from County Treasurer Lewis Kirschner.
