Four charged with planning robbery

HUDSON – Four people have been arrested and charged with plotting to rob a fast food restaurant in the Town of Greenport.

State Police at the Livingston Station were tipped off by a concerned citizen that the four Hudson residents were plotting to hit the Pizza Hut restaurant.

Police said an employee of the restaurant, identified as Tasha Lloyd, 20, was supposed to leave the back door unlocked and make sure the safe was accessible to her co-conspirators.

Arrested along with Lloyd were Simeon Delesline, 22, Jose Vasquez, 19, and James Cowan, 26, all of Hudson.

They were all charged with conspiracy in the fourth degree, a felony, and remanded to the Columbia County Jail without bail.
