Latin Kings member arrested on drug charge

MONTICELLO - Deputies from the Sullivan County Sheriff's Gang Intelligence Unit Thursday arrested a Livingston Manor man on drug charges.

Marshall Blume, 30, of Rock Road, was charged of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. Blume, who is an admitted member of the Latin Kings street gang and goes by the alias "Silencio", is accused of selling cocaine to an undercover deputy sheriff.

Blume was arraigned before Town Justice Harold Madison and sent to the Sullivan County Jail without bail.            Blume's arrest comes on the heels of the conviction and sentencing of another high profile drug dealer in Livingston Manor this past week.  Bradley Dunham, also known as "Cashcrew" was arrested by sheriff's deputies last September and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell.

In a plea deal with the Sullivan County District Attorney's Office, Dunham, 47, was sentenced Monday to six years in state prison by Sullivan County Court Judge Frank LaBuda.
