Gang member arrested for breaking parole

KINGSTON – The URGENT task force has arrested a Binghamton man and charged him with absconding from parole.

Police spotted Efrain “Bam Bam” Feliciano, 27, on Franklin Street in Kingston engaged in drug activity. He is a known Bloods street gang member, they said.

Police found he was wanted by the State Division of Parole on a warrant for criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree.
