Ulster man charged with inappropriate contact with boys
WARWARSING – State Police have charged a Kerhonkson man with sexual abuse in connection with alleged instances of inappropriate sexual contact with boys ages 13 and 14.
Police charged William Cathcart, Jr., 38, with sexual abuse in the second degree, forcible touching and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, all misdemeanors.
Cathcart was arraigned and remanded to the Ulster county Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail or $20,000 bond.
