Man indicted for possessing large quantity of marijuana
NEW CITY – A Brooklyn man has been indicted by a Rockland County grand jury for possessing over 10 pounds of marijuana.
Naphtali Watson was charged with criminal possession of marijuana in the first degree and unlawful possession of marijuana.
Watson was initially pulled over on the Thruway in Clarkstown last November for talking on a cell phone. When the officer investigated, he found Watson had a dollar bill with marijuana and over 10 pounds in his vehicle.
