A Rockland County Court judge has sentenced Paul Vasquez, 29, of Haverstraw to 4 ½ years in state prison followed by three years post release supervision after he pled guilty to a charge of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

Vasquez sold narcotics to an undercover agent on two occasions in Haverstraw for $40.

In the other case, Edmund Manu, 21, of Spring Valley, was sentenced to two years in prison and two years post release supervision after pleading guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
