Three charged with trespassing on former psych center property
POUGHKEEPSIE – Three men have been charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor, after they were located on the Hudson Heritage development property. That’s the old Hudson River Psychiatric Center.
Town of Poughkeepsie Police gave all three appearance tickets.
Charged were August Carl BelFiglio, and Kristopher Damien Quick, both 18 and from the Village of Saugerties, and Jarrad Fiore Michelini, 20, of Woodstock.
