Former high school teacher pleads guilty to possession of kiddie porn
White Plains – A former high school teacher at Scarsdale High School Friday pled guilty in US District court in White Plains to possession of child pornography.
Allen Julier of Carmel faces up to 10 years in federal prison when sentenced in May.
He pled guilty to possessing over 100 images and more than 10 video files with child porn on his home computer in Putnam County.
