Durham – A man, who robbed a bank in the Town of Durham Tuesday afternoon and escaped on an ATV, was apprehended later in the day, when police found the vehicle parked at a residence in the town.

State Police at Catskill charged Jared Fishman, 21, of 434 Golden Hill Road in Durham with third-degree robbery and third-degree grand larceny. He was charged with robbing the Legacy Bank branch on State Route 145 in Durham early Wednesday afternoon. It is alleged that he walked into the bank and demanded cash.
