POUGHKEEPSIE – Beginning Monday, Raymond Avenue – Route 376 – in the Town of Poughkeepsie will see traffic temporarily shifted to the west side of the roadway and the traffic signal at Raymond Avenue with Collegeview and Fulton Avenue will be removed. All left turns will be prohibited.

The new temporary patter will continue for about four weeks and allow for work to be completed on the east side of Raymond Avenue, including the completion of the Raymond Avenue with Collegeview and Fulton Avenue roundabout, the state Department of Transportation said.

On-street parking will not be permitted along Raymond Avenue on both sides from Collegeview north to Main Street. Off-street public parking is available on the east and west sides of Raymond.

Work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
