Large barn burns in Deerpark
DEERPARK – A large barn at 200 Neversink Drive in the Town of Deerpark went up in flames Wednesday afternoon in a blaze fanned by the high winds in the region.
Several fire departments from Orange County, led by the Huguenot Fire Department, and neighboring New Jersey were called to the scene. With fireworks going off in one burning structure, firefighters had to pull back as a safety precaution.
