Hopewell Junction woman arrested on Connecticut warrant

TOWN OF SOUTHEAST – A Hopewell Junction woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Connecticut after she was stopped for a vehicle and traffic violation on Route 312 in the Town of Southeast.

A Putnam County Sheriff’s deputy stopped the vehicle driven by Courtney Campbell, 31, for the violation and a computer check found she had an active arrest warrant from Danbury for conspiracy to commit larceny, larceny and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Campbell was arrested and transported to the Putnam County Jail pending extradition proceedings.
