Saugerties man charged with forcible touching

SAUGERTIES – A Saugerties man has been arrested on a charge of forcible touching after a woman filed a complaint against him.

She alleged that as she walked in the Village of Saugerties on October 29, she was approached from behind by a man, later identified as Benjamin Santiago, 23, who grabbed and squeezed her buttocks.

He was arrested and released on an appearance ticket, charged with the misdemeanor.
