Seven displaced in Poughkeepsie house fire

POUGHKEEPSIE – City firefighters in Poughkeepsie knocked down a fire in the second floor of a house at 62 Talmadge Street around 6 p.m. Monday.

The Red Cross assisted four adults and three children with temporary lodging.

There were no reports of injuries and the cause is under investigation.
