Two arrested on drug charges in Port Jervis

PORT JERVIS – City Police arrested a man and woman on drug charges following execution of a search warrant at 140 Front Street in Port Jervis. The arrests stemmed from an investigation into drug sales in the city’s Fourth Ward. A search of the residence yielded four grams of cocaine, 26 oxycodone tables, cash and packaging materials.

Detectives arrested Joseph Greczi, 27, and Samantha MacConnell, 24, both of 140 Front Street, and charged them each with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell as well as other drug charges, in addition to criminally using drug paraphernalia.

Greczi was also charged with misdemeanor drug possession.

Both were sent to the Orange County Jail in lieu of high bail.
