Sullivan County recycles Christmas trees

MONTICELLO – The Sullivan County Department of Solid Waste and Recycling will accept natural Christmas trees from county residents, business and visitors at the end of the holiday season.  Residents should bring their trees to any county recycling and transfer station for free disposal.

The county Division of Public Works will chip the trees for use as mulch in county parks, landscaping and beautification projects.
