Thunderbirds, Blue Angels to return to Stewart air show

STEWART AIRPORT – The dates for the New York Air Show at Stewart Airport for 2018 and 2019 have been set along with the headlining acts for both years.

The Air Force Thunderbirds will headline the 2018 show on September 15 and 16.  The Navy Blue Angels will soar at the 2019 show, on August 24 and 25.

“This makes four consecutive years that the event will host a military jet demo team,” New York Air Show President Bryan Lilley.

“The New York Air Show has had a positive impact on Orange County since we brought it back in 2015,” said County Executive Steven Neuhaus. “It has boosted tourism, generated millions of dollars for local businesses, while showcasing our beautiful county and Stewart Airport.”

Tickets are on sale now for the 2018 show at special introductory pricing.
