Kingston man charged with videotaping two women in bathroom

KINGSTON – Ulster County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Kingston man on charges that he videotaped two women in the bathroom of a Rosendale residence without their consent or knowledge.

Thomas Baschnagel, 23, of 5 Sterling Street in Kingston was arrested on Saturday, July 6 and charged with two felony counts of unlawful surveillance. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Rosendale Town Court.

The sheriff’s Office began investigating in mid-March when they received a report of unlawful surveillance.
