Kingston man arrested in fatal motorcycle accident


KINGSTON – A Kingston man has been arrested and charged with felony vehicular manslaughter in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident on First Avenue in Kingston.  Nicholas Saveskie, 28, of 63 Brigham Street was arrested by Kingston Police on a superior court warrant. He was taken into custody without incident.

The incident occurred on First Avenue in Kingston in the early morning hours of June 25, 2012 and left a man dead and a woman seriously injured.

The accident involved two motorcycles.  Brian Ferrari, 30, of Lake Katrine, died.  Saveskie and Kimberly Dougherty of Lake Katrine were injured.
