Two dozen people arrested in Woodbury town drug investigation

CENTRAL VALLEY – A 16-month investigation by Woodbury Town Police with resources from the DEA, State Police Community Narcotics Enforcement Team, Federal Gang Task Force and other local agencies culminated with the arrests of 24 people on various narcotic related charges. They included 12 serious felonies.

The total street value of drugs seized exceeded $20,000. Total cash awaiting seizure amounted to $2,800 and a 2008 Acura TL valued at over $21,000 is also awaiting seizure.

The Federal Gang Task Force also assisted Woodbury PD with a raid in the City of Middletown involving members of the Bloods street gang and the apprehension of the federal fugitive “Green Eyes” in Woodbury.

  • Bryan Padilla, 21, of Highland Mills
  • Neko Rodriguez, 20, of Central Valley
  • Luis Rodriguez, 20, of Central Valley
  • Deborah Sattler, 21, of Highland Mills
  • Nicholas Fox, 21, of Monroe
  • Michael Wagner, 23, of Highland Mills
  • Lindsey Harrison, 21, of Monroe
  • James Mann, 26, of Monroe
  • William Wagner, 26, of Highland Mills
  • A 20-year-old Highland Mills female
  • Youthful offenders, ages 16, 17 and two 18-year-olds, from Monroe
