Woman arrested in Ulster gang assault

ELLENVILLE – A 20-year-old Ellenville woman has been charged with felony gang assault and assault in connection with an incident that occurred in Wawarsing last week.

In the early morning hours of June 23, the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office investigated the stabbing of a Bronx man on Lundy Road in Napanoch. That led to the arrest later in the day of Antonio Naveo and his brother, Jose Naveo.

A warrant was also issued for Naja Mandiville of 17 Hermance Street in Ellenville, who allegedly participated in the incident.

On Friday morning, Mandiville surrendered in Wawarsing Town Court. She was arraigned and released to reappear at a later date.
