New Windsor man arrested in connection with residential burglary

NEW WINDSOR – A 23-year-old New Windsor man was sent to the Orange County Jail on $25,000 bail after his arrest on burglary charges.

New Windsor Police arrested Michael Fraine of Spring Rock Road in connection with a June 26 residential burglary. He was arrested on Thursday evening and charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of grand larceny and two counts of criminal possession of stolen property, all felonies.

Detectives Michael Schwartz and Daniel Breen arrested Fraine after a two-day investigation which involved interviewing Fraine and tracking the property to local pawn brokers where some of it was recovered.
