Hudson man charged with protection order violation
CLERMONT - Troopers from SP Livingston were dispatched to a residence in Clermont early Saturday morning, for a reported order of protection violation.
Troopers responded and the investigation revealed Patryk Kuczynski, 20, of 424 Carroll Street, Hudson, violated an active order of protection. He was taken into custody and transported to SP Livingston for processing.
Kuczynski was charged with criminal contempt 2nd degree. He is to reappear in the Town of Clermont Court on July 5th.
