| Man charged with pulling gun during interview |

WESLEY HILLS – A Wesley Hills man has been charged with displaying a semi-automatic pistol in the presence of two people during an interview at his home office which caused them fear and alarm, Ramapo Town Police said Monday. Scott Bernstein, 53, was charged with felony criminal possession of a weapon and two misdemeanor counts of menacing in connection with the January 5 incident at his home office at 87 Spook Rock Road in Wesley Hills. Three weeks later, on January 26, police executed a search warrant at his home and arrested him on three counts of weapons possession. Two semi-automatic pistols and a pair of chukka sticks were recovered. Bernstein was arraigned and released on $10,000 bail.
