New Paltz man arrested on warrant in Kingston

KINGSTON –  Police in Kingston arrested a New Paltz man Sunday night on an outstanding warrant for third-degree assault.

City police said while Jarmel Anderson-Fialkow, 38, of 10 Meadow Road in New Paltz was being arrested, it was determined he was in violation of an order of protection issued by City of Kingston Court.  He was also charged misdemeanor criminal contempt in the second degree.
