HUDSON – Three people, including a husband and wife, were indicted by a Columbia County grand jury on Thursday on charges that they were involved in extensive drug dealing in southern Columbia.

The indictment alleges that Robert Perez, his wife, Lisa, and David Brizzie, were in possession of cocaine. As a result, they were charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. They were also charged with misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana in the fourth degree.

Their arrests stemmed from a joint investigation by the State Police and Columbia County Sheriff’s office.

The three were arraigned and remanded to the county jail without bail.
