|
NEW CITY – A Rockland Psychiatric Center outpatient has been indicted by a Rockland County grand jury on a charge of second-degree murder in connection with the January 16 death of another outpatient at the Orangeburg hospital. Curtis Wilson, 52, was also indicted on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon. Wilson allegedly struck the victim repeatedly in the head with a two-foot long metal object. The victim was taken to the hospital where he died less than an hour later. At the time of the arrest, State Police said the two men, who knew each other, had argued just prior to the fatal assault.
