Elderly woman hospitalized after two-car crash
TOWN OF WALLKILL – A two-car accident at the intersection of Bloomingburg and M&M roads in the Town of Wallkill at mid-morning Wednesday sent a 75-year-old woman to the hospital.
Town Police said the driver of one vehicle, Norma Crawford, 75, of Middletown, was traveling across Bloomingburg Road from Brown Road when her vehicle was struck by a vehicle traveling east on Bloomingburg Road. That vehicle was driven by a 28-year-old Middletown man.
Crawford was flown to Westchester Medical Center by Stat Flight, where she was listed Wednesday evening in stable condition, police said.
There were no other injuries.
Police are still investing.
