Search warrant leads to drug arrest
POUGHKEEPSIE - Police in Poughkeepsie have executed a search warrant at 29 Lent Street, second floor apartment, and that netted them 90 glassine envelopes of heroin, $481 in cash, a digital scale and packaging materials.
Just prior to the search at 5:50 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, police arrested the resident of the apartment, Damon Patterson, 20, in the area of 105 Smith Street. He was charged with felony first-degree possession of a controlled substance.
