Man arrested in nightclub shooting
NEWBURGH – A Newburgh man has been arrested in connection with a shooting on December 17 at the Hacienda Night Club in the city.
Police detectives have charged Ardae Hines, 23, with shooting a 17-year-old Newburgh resident during an altercation on the dance floor inside the club while there were over 100 people inside.
The 17-year-old suffered a gunshot wound to the leg. His 18-year-old brother was stabbed during the melee.
Hines has been charged with first-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.
