Kingston man indicted in Rockland County on drug charge

NEW CITY – A Kingston man has been indicted by a Rockland County grand jury for allegedly possessing approximately two pounds of marijuana.

Robert Robinson, Jr., 42, of 48 Pine Street, Apt. 1 in Kingston was stopped while driving on the Thruway in the Town of Clarkstown at 11:45 p.m. on October 20, 2011 for vehicle and traffic violations.  After a search of his vehicle, police found the marijuana and charged with felony possession.

Robinson was indicted on a charge of criminal possession of marijuana in the second degree.
