| Sullivan man arrested for armed burglary |

LIBERTY – State Police have charged a White Sulphur Springs man on a charge of first-degree burglary after he allegedly broke into a home on Miller Road in Kenoza Lake. Adam Roberts, 27, was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon and drug possession when arrested on Monday, December 24. Troopers investigated and allege that Roberts had entered the residence while armed and stole $200 in cash. At the time of his arrest, he was found in possession of a dagger and a crack cocaine pipe. Roberts was arraigned in Town of Delaware Court and sent to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $250,000 cash bail. |
