Three Ulster County residents plead guilty to first-degree robbery

KINGSTON – Three Ulster residents have pled guilty in Ulster County Court to charges of first-degree robbery in connection with an incident that occurred in November 2010.

Christopher Dermody, 21, of Kingston, Heather Fournier, 20, and Parrish Leitos, Jr., 23, both of Lake Katrine, entered guilty pleas.

The charges stem from the November 2 robbery of a man who was lured to Leitos’ residence by Fournier and when he arrived, Fournier distracted him allowing Leitos and Dermody to assault him leaving him unconscious. After the men stole $200 in cash and electronic equipment, they put him in his car and drove him down the road where police later discovered him still unconscious.

The three will be sentenced in May.
