TOWN OF GOSHEN – State officials are investigating a report of two females, one supposedly a prostitute and the other a 15-year-old, who attended a party at the Goshen Annex for Boys. That is a state-run facility for underage boys, who if adults, would be convicted of serious crimes.

According to the New York Post, the two females were brought to the facility from Albany for sex with the boys.

The event at the school was captured on surveillance cameras.

The state Inspector General, State Correctional Services and Office of Children and Family Services are all investigating the alleged incident.
