| Six juveniles, one adult arrested in residential burglary ring |

PORT JERVIS – The joint Port Jervis City Police-Town of Deerpark Police task force arrested six juveniles and one adult in connection with a series of residential burglaries in Port Jervis and one burglary in Montague, New Jersey. City Police charged two juveniles, ages 14 and 15, with criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, as misdemeanors, and Bobbie Jo Bensely, 27, of 16 Lumber Street in Port Jervis, charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a felony. Town of Deerpark Police also charged four juveniles, ages 14 and 15, with burglary in the second degree, and grand larceny in the third degree, both felonies. The juveniles were petitions to family court. The investigation continues and more arrests are expected. |
