Armed robbery at Westchester shoe store
MOHEGAN LAKE – State Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday at the Payless Shoe Store in the Cortlandt Town Center in Main Street in Mohegan Lake.
Police said a man walked into the store, pulled a gun and demanded cash. He made off with an unknown amount of money.
The suspect is described as black, 35 years old, five feet, nine inches tall, with a slim build and wearing a gray hoodie with short sleeves.
