Thomas Moshier, Jr., fled the residence, but was apprehended by members of the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office and Poughkeepsie Town Police.

City Police conducted a no knock search warrant raid at his first floor apartment and recovered over 200 individual bags of suspected heroin, over $500 in cash, scales and other material used for the distribution of narcotics.

A Springfield Arms double barrel shotgun was also seized during the raid.
