Teen arrested on drug charges
KINGSTON – The URGENT task force has arrested a 17-year-old Clintondale man on drug charges following an investigation into drug activity in the 42nd Street area of Kerhonkson.

Police Saturday arrested James Jaycox of 1035 Milton Turnpike after he was observed in an apparent drug transaction.

He was found to be in possession of numerous opiate tablets and other drug paraphernalia.

Jaycox was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminally using drug paraphernalia in the second degree and loitering in the first degree.

He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Wawarsing Justice Court at a later date.
