Man charged with sexual abuse in Ulster

KINGSTON – The Ulster County Sheriff’s office has charged a Connelly man with aggravated sexual abuse in the second degree, a felony.

Paul Morris, 21, was arrested after a complaint was received that he had allegedly forcefully sexually touched a female acquaintance without her permission.

He was arraigned in Esopus Town Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond to reappear in town court at a later date.
