Undercover drug investigation nets three arrests

PORT JERVIS – Three people have been charged in connection with a several month undercover investigation into the sale and use of crack cocaine at an apartment at Hillside Terrace Apartments at 39 Pennsylvania Avenue in the City of Port Jervis.

Police executed a search warrant and arrested Thomas Dailey, Sr., 60, of that address, and charged him with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree with intent to sell, all felonies, as well as misdemeanor drug possession and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.  He was remanded to the Orange County Jail in lieu of $45,000 bail.

Also arrested on misdemeanor drug and loitering charges were Christopher King, 43, of Greeley, PA and Christopher Rivers, 48, of Goshen. They were released on their own recognizance.

Police recovered a quantity of crack cocaine packaged for sale, packaging materials, scales and cash during the search.
