ESOPUS – The Ulster County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Town of Esopus woman following the investigation of a domestic dispute at her home.

Brooke Benter, 26, of 140 First Street in Port Ewen was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor, and the felony of criminal mischief in the third degree.  She was arrested on January 31 and released with an appearance ticket returned to town court.
