ELLENVILLE - State Police at Ellenville received a complaint from a Kerhonkson woman who claimed she was being harassed by her estranged husband. She stated her husband had, via unwanted phone calls and text messages, made threats against a friend of hers, threatened suicide and forwarded an inappropriate video to her.

Scott Rule, 38, of Dover Plains, was arrested and charged with aggravated harassment 2nd degree. Rule was arraigned in the Town of Wawarsing court and was remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $1000.00 cash bail or $5000.00 secured bond.
