Husband charged with DWI after wife falls off moving motorcycle

TOWN OF WASHINGTON - Troopers investigated a motorcycle personal injury accident on State Route 44 just east of Mabbettsville Road Sunday night.  

The operator, James Glynn Jr., 53, from Verbank NY was heading east when his wife who was intoxicated, apparently dozed off and fell off the back of his motorcycle.   Teresa Glynn, 54, was transported to St. Francis Hospital where she is being treated for several lacerations. 

James Glynn Jr. was arrested at the scene for DWI and transported back to SP Poughkeepsie where he had a BAC of .14%.  He was also issued tickets for DWI and no helmet.
