MONTICELLO – The CSEA, which represents Sullivan County public sector workers, Tuesday announced it has endorsed incumbent Sheriff Michael Schiff for re-election and Chief Assistant District Attorney James Farrell for District Attorney.

“We are pleased to be able to lend our full support to four candidates whom we believe will do outstanding work when they are elected to their respective offices,” said CSEA Southern Region President Billy Riccaldo.

Also receiving union endorsements were Steven Vegliante for Fallsburg town supervisor and Donna Akerley for Fallsburg town clerk.

“Each candidate receiving our endorsement in Sullivan County has proven him or herself the best person for the job based on lengthy track records of dedicated public service,” said CSEA Sullivan County Local President James Blake.
