| Kerhonskon man indicted on reckless endangerment, assault charges |

KINGSTON – A Kerhonkson man has been indicted on 11 counts by an Ulster County grand jury, all stemming from a January incident in which he allegedly rammed police cars with his vehicle. Joshua Stuart, 32, was arrested in the Town of Saugerties after he fought with officers when they tried to arrest him after they saw a drug deal go down. He was indicted on three counts of reckless endangerment in the first degree; two counts of assault in the second degree; three counts of obstructing governmental administration in the second degree; two counts of resisting arrest and one count of criminal mischief in the fourth degree. |
