Woodbury elects youngest councilman in town history
WOODBURY – James Skoufis is 22 years old and now the youngest elected councilman in the history of the Town of Woodbury.
Skoufis was previously appointed to a vacant seat on the town board back in July. He was the top vote getting in the Tuesday elections in the town.
Skoufis said he earned the trust of town residents by knocking on “almost every door in the town.”
